All orders placed at holsterfashion.ae are dispatched from our Dubai warehouse. Pre-orders are dispatched from Australia, please allow an additional 5 to 10 working days for delivery.

Orders cannot be amended once placed due to our automated warehousing processes; however, we will do our best to assist with delivery address changes, and the sooner you can advise us of this, the more likely we are to be able to make the changes for you.

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer this service in the UAE.

Dispatch & Timeframe

We will endeavour to send your order within 24 hours, Monday to Friday*.

* During major sales events and over the Christmas/New Year period, please allow up to a week for orders to be dispatched and please note that orders will be dispatched in the order they are received due to our automated warehouse processes.

The evening after your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number.

*DHL Domestic is a door-to-door delivery service to any DHL serviced location within the UAE.

Once your order has been dispatched, you can expect to receive it within 1–4 business days. All orders are sent via express delivery; however, variations in delivery times may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as our logistics partner's operations.

Please allow 24 hours from receiving your dispatch notification before attempting to track your order. We will send you a dispatch notification with a tracking link on the evening of the day your order is dispatched.

If you have any queries regarding the contents of your delivery, kindly contact us within 4 business days from the date of delivery or collection of your order.

*DHL Express is a door-to-door service delivered for the Customer by 18:00 on the next possible business day.

After we have dispatched your order, you can expect to receive it within 3 to 5 business days. All orders are shipped via express delivery.

Please allow 24 hours from placing your order before attempting to track it, and kindly wait for 5 days before contacting our customer service to inquire about your order status.

Any inquiries regarding the contents of your delivery must reach us within 5 business days from the date of delivery or collection of your order.

LOCAL CHARGES

GCC and international orders are subject to local charges. Any customs clearance, import duties, and associated fees and taxes are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. The recipient of the parcel must pay these charges. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. holster cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case. All international freight documentation is lodged with a declared value of the cost of the shoes only; freight costs are not included in the declared value.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information. If you refuse to pay these charges, your parcel may be abandoned, and holster will not be held responsible for any loss of funds due to this occurrence.
